Over the past ten years Windreich AG has built over 1,000 wind turbines with a nominal output of over 2,000 megawatts. Drawing on this long-standing experience and wealth of specialist knowledge, the company guarantees the competent management of projects along the entire process chain – from selecting suitable sites to turnkey erection of wind turbines and technical and commercial management.

Offshore wind turbines
In building offshore wind turbines in the German North Sea, Windreich AG again assumes a pioneering role. The two wind farms, Global Tech I and MEG I with a total of 160 5-megawatt-class wind turbines providing around two million people with green power, have already reached completion. Building approval has also been granted for the Deutsche Bucht (German Bight) wind farm. At present 20 further wind farms with more than 1,600 offshore wind turbines and a nominal output of 8.4 gigawatts are at the planning stage. Constant wind conditions among other things make the German North Sea one of the world‘s most suitable areas by far. The government requires and funds the extension of renewable energies and, in particular, safe power generated by offshore wind power.
